Arun here. This is to thank Ms. Salma Dahel from HSBC Bank Abu Dhabi for the way she took ownership of our case as soon as it was brought to her notice. The issue happened when a cheque we had deposited last week could not be processed due to a name mismatch, and we were asked to consult with the CS team. Special mention to all staff who initially assisted me. While waiting to see CS, Salma on her own escalated our case to see if she could expedite it for us. Although a small issue, we may have had to wait for a few days before we could deposit the cheque again. In this instance, Ms. Salma Dahel assisted to get the issue sorted within around 25 mins and then ensured we could deposit the cheque again on the same visit. Really appreciate the way she patiently guided and updated us through every step of the process until everything was sorted in the system.
