I couldn’t give less stars... actually the bank is good, the facebanking is owesome, normally it’s easy to operate but I went to close my account and they only work until 14:00, then I requested a closing account format and they denied it, I had to delay an international flight just to close my account, the guy there (teller supervisor, he told me) just said you call the call center... such example of it’s not my job.
