I visited the branch to change my bank signature, which was a process that genuinely required a lot of work and follow-up. Thanks to her efficiency, patience, and cooperation, everything was completed quickly and smoothly. A very positive experience and truly appreciated.

Mr. Mohamed is very professional and speaking on the point, each of my question related to the issue was clearly answered- with confidence (this is very important in Dubai to make sure a professional indeed knows all issues and the solution) Thank you!

Visited the FAB branch recently and overall had a good experience. The staff were professional and helpful, and once I got to the counter, everything was handled smoothly. The only downside was the 20-minute queue — a bit longer than expected, especially during a weekday. That said, the process was well-organized, and I appreciated the clear communication. Would recommend, just be prepared for a short wait during busy hours.

I wish I could rate in Negative. Despite following all the instructions had to visit the branch 5-6 times. Staff has no clue of their own requirements. I lost 3 weeks due to their incompetence, forget about apology, they had audacity to charge me interest for extra days due to their negligence. Branch Manager didn’t bother to even respond. Escalated to atyourservice, they are even more unprofessional no apology no resolution. Customer care says go to the branch, branch says customer care. My only resort would be to complain to Central Bank.

I had a great experience with Mohammed Abo and Mohammed at the FAB Palm Jumeirah branch. They were very helpful, positive, and friendly throughout my visit. Both of them quickly understood my issue, helped me with all the details needed, and resolved everything efficiently. Really appreciate their professionalism and excellent customer service!
