I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with Dubai Islamic Bank. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others. This is hands down the number one worst bank in the UAE. Here are the critical issues I have faced: Non-Existent Customer Care: Trying to reach their customer support is an exercise in patience. I have to hold the line for over an hour just to get connected to a human being. It is unacceptable to waste customers' time like this. No Solutions Provided: Once you finally do get through, the support is useless. There are no proper answers given to queries, and issues are rarely resolved on the first call. It feels like they are just reading from a script without actually helping. App is a Disaster: The mobile app is completely unreliable. It seems to be down or malfunctioning for 300 days out of the year. When it does open, it is extremely difficult to navigate and is not user-friendly at all. In

Without diminishing the efforts of other staff members, Ms. Hamda truly stood out with her professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to helping. She was always responsive, attentive, and keen to ensure that the matter was handled correctly and smoothly until completion. Her respectful attitude and sense of responsibility made a real difference and left me with a very positive impression of the bank. Truly, the right person in the right place is Ms. Hamda Al Ali. Worst bank ever. They approved my loan on November 1, submitted all the documents, liability letters sent 3x and got expired and they're telling me it's under credit approval. I dealt with this GAURAV HANDA who claims to be a manager but now he's not answering calls and not giving any updates. This is a horrible experience, don't ever try to deal with this bank, sure you will regret it ❌✖️❌

I wanted to thank Mr Dirar from the collections department of DIB for assisting me with my Auto Loan. He understood my situation and helped me the best he could. They were nicer than I thought and hopefully they will help you too.

I would like to give my thanks to Mr Ibrahim Jamal and Mr Yasser who actively guide me through the financial issue which I faced with difficulti paying loan for time period. There were times I had even fight verbally with Mr Ibrahim because of depression but he was always very very polite through out and provide excellent customer service towards me. He treated me really nice which made me apologize to him 😊. Mr Ibrahim and Mr Yasser are both dealing with their own customers in very polite and professional way that we feel we are welcome eventhough we have problems with bank. Thank you again for your professionalism and patience and delivering great customer service towards guest regardless of race or any other eliment.
