I called Ms Madiha for purpose of cancelling my ADCB credit card. She was very insightful and explained to me all the benefits of my credit card. I called to cancel but after speaking to her I decided to keep my credit card with ADCB. It is very rare to find a relationship officer as dedicated as Ms Madiha who will go above and beyond to thoroughly and patiently explain all details to customers.
