I had a great experience at the branch. My queries were well attended personally by the staff and resolved within the working time by guiding for all processes required. Kudos to all the staff for such banking experience, glad to see the customer focus by SBI now. Tip: Location shown on Google map is totally incorrect and takes you to Kanjur Station. Bank is near Vikbroli Station right in front of Cipla. Beware while following directions.

Worst banking experience. They absolutely have zero customer service and on top of that the staff is rude and unprofessional. The management is so weak that people have to stand in long queues to simply update a passbook and the kiosk stops working or the cartridge runs out and this happens almost every single day. The alternative to this is a staff manually updating it but he's so rude and lazy that if there are many entries, he'll ask us to go away as he doesn't want to spend time updating the passbook. Plus, there is no separate window for senior citizens and not all customers are kind enough to let them cut the line. Those who let the old people cut the line are reprimanded by the rest of the people in the queue which creates a lot of back and forth and chaos. Also, if your new debit card has returned back to the bank undelivered, they will charge you Rs 118. They will not handover your debit card to you untill and unless you sign on the payment slip towards the bank. I'm really looking forward to close my account with them as I have zero faith in them and do not want my hard earned money to go in their bellies for absolutely disgusting service.

Wish I would have closed my account in time. Better to privatise SBI bank. Phone number given but nevr works. That’s all. No matter where you are, unless you visit physically you have no clue whether you can complete your KYC or any other transaction. Ishwar Bachaaye

Surprisingly it’s wrong address showing on map. I followed map and shocked to see there is no bank at mapped location but it navi area. Prabhat Bhavan branch is at opposite direction towards Vikhroli station whereas on map it’s taking you to near Kanjurmarg Station. Please be sure before following google map blindly, it troubled me a lot along with wasting my valuable time. It’s surprising even after informing bank people they were neither knowing it nor bothered to correct it.
