Great service . Managed to change my mobile no in the account within 60 seconds. Also activated my unused debit card with pin in 3 minutes. Nikita was very attentive and was willing to serve. Observed that things are moving faster at powai branch with customer care officers.

Extremely inefficient system. I could see barely 1-2 staff doing most of the work out of 8-10 staff in office. And everything goes extremely slow. Spent close to 5 hours during 3 visits to do kyc updation, address updation etc in 4 accounts. If someone carries out analysis on no of requests handled be each staff on daily basis vs a pvt bank, results would be shocking.

Lathergic female staff at the bank counter and she was not interested to answer the query when she was totally free and no coustomer was around. ATM cash deposit machine (CDM) takes hell lot of time to deposit cash. Guard at the CDM was not vigilant he was sitting and talking on the phone, CDM got stuck and no one was there, gurd took his tiffin and went for lunch and we were helpless.

I am seating on this branch now last 3 hours for just Saving account opening. You can imagine what type of service they provided?? Staff directly said to customers come tomorrow and no one take interest.

I don't understand whether the bank is government or private, all the employees. I have to deposit Rs 10,000 in government banks. Since when has this rule been introduced?
