A cash dispenser offered by the Bern Cantonal Bank is located here (as well as a branch of the same bank) and allows cash withdrawals in Swiss Francs or Euros. Possibility of making cash withdrawals using the most common bank cards, but only BCBE customers do not pay additional fees for these withdrawals. Accessible 24 hours a day, every day of the year and benefiting from a good geographical location, a few public parking spaces are nearby. The only downside is that the machine is not well protected from the weather, making operations difficult in bad weather.

Very unfriendly staff was insulted, we were not helped in any way. They didn't really listen to us, asserted things and made racist remarks from the branch manager. We were very disappointed the whole time in the branch as well as on the phone
Mr. Jordan and his team have always advised us very competently in various banking transactions. Banking transactions are also uncomplicated and quick. Keep it up BEKB!!
