Very good bank with very inexpensive products. Among other things, I took out my house mortgage with this bank and am 100% satisfied. A big thank you to Mr. Käser.

Service is not very important at the Berner Kantonalbank. First there were difficulties with an ATM and now I have withdrawn euros because of a holiday where I found out at home that there were two old 50.00 € in between, I wanted to inquire about the validity and gave up after 15 pointless attempts. Well, the bank will probably change quickly.

Very good bank and friendly staff. Online banking is a good solution and ideally implemented for companies. Also the support for problems with international transactions was always supportive. As an entrepreneur in Oensingen, this is a good choice for the bank. Just one more counter would be good at peak times, but I can wait.

I wanted to change my bank. That's why I'm at BKB Oensingen. To see if the staff was friendly, I first asked if I could change money there. The young lady at the counter gave me a confused look (almost a bit derogatory) and said no. It's not the problem that I couldn't change the money, but that the young lady was very rude. And didn't even try to help me in any way, such as a tip on where I could do it if my current bank isn't nearby. 2 stars for location and parking.
