1 point for the blond sunny boy from BEKB Ostermundigen, who filled the coffee machine for 7 minutes even though 4 customers were waiting. This on Friday at 16:50!!!! And 10 points for Mr. Arbi, who served us well..

There is 1 star for the lady who kindly explained to me that you can no longer withdraw cash in this branch. "Only at the machine, with a card" So with an official ID I can no longer get my money at the BEKB in Ostermundigen! Well, the branch looks great, everything is new, there is a coffee machine, a book corner, and lots of armchairs. But the basic bank service, depositing money and withdrawing money, no longer works. "So only at the machine "I had an exciting conversation", but the employees have not yet noticed that the next time the branch is renovated, no employees will be needed at all..... my consequence, friendly but clear, I cancel my account and I like to be a customer of banks that also have FIAT money in print or coins in the branch, the world with blockchain will catch up with the financial center faster than the people in the branches can imagine today..... thank you very much (maybe does this post do something) Patrick Dominik Roth

The new concept without a bank counter for other or larger businesses is a mess. It is very likely that I will close my account with you in the near future. Because it cannot and must not be that you can only withdraw money from the machine!
