All in all a very unprofessional bank. The bank takes more than a month to open a simple personal account. In addition, all of my information was entered incorrectly in the system, so that I finally had to wait longer. I was obliged to go to the bank in person to solve the problem. I really can't recommend this bank for the faint of heart.

I opened a customer relationship online within half an hour yesterday. Completely uncomplicated and contemporary! Have direct e-banking access and received all account numbers. Today I personally went to the branch in Bern to submit the credit card application and convert the savings account - I've only had positive experiences here, too. No waiting time and very friendly and competent advice. The prices are also unbeatable - everything (account and all cards) is free if you have >CHF 7,500 at the bank. Thank you - this is how banking is fun!
