I had few problems according to have a new account , and problem solved easily with mr. Abdullah al suraihi . I really appreciate his efforts for helping me and opening the account manually. The bank is good and almost empty , everything is well arranged. But i see a slow process in the whole bank and it’s obviously not from the employees . I hope the system becomes faster ويعطيك الف عافية اخ عبدالله السريحي مرة اخرى
The worst branch ever I opened a ticket and they closed it without contacting me and i was waiting then we I went again they told me that i have to open another ticket and they are soooo slow
So bad because the employers there smokers and the smell of cegarates so strong…! I was waiting for long time even only 3 customers including me ???????
Shame to even call it a bank. the ladies' branch takes over an hour for a simple task such as opening an account. save your time and dignity and take your business somewhere else where customer service is a priority. خدمة سيئة وبطيئة جدا
The staff and management is very unprofessional and lazy.dont visit here please ..visit another branch or Al jazira bank
