Best service in karachi

An average bank with more focus on commercialization than on customer care. Most of my friends who are associated with this bank either directly or indirectly are not happy as compare to other mainstream banks. They need to improve their customer support manifolds to get more customers otherwise they will face serious issues in managing their services. I cannot recommend since I am not satisfied, good luck for the customers.

Just this night, Feb 10th around 12:30 AM. I arrived at this ATM my friend was outside in the car, The moment I entered the ATM (2) Security guys on YBR showed up, One was wearing a (white helmet with dark face color) stood beside the ATM door and the other guy was young and seemed tall. At first I thought they're here to snatch, I locked the door and then I focused through the mirror and realised that both were wearing security suits like Bank Security guards and waited for me to be done with the ATM. I used the ATM and stepped out saw both of them, They seemed like they were here to be done with their shift times, I sat in the car and we drove like for 2 minutes when I realised that I left my phone on top of the ATM machine and returned within literally 3 minutes, FOUND both of them are no longer at the spot, LIGHTS were ON when I got there but amazingly now when I returned the LIGHTS were also turned OFF. I searched for them everywhere, Waited there for 30 minutes, called my phone at least 6-7 times and none responded neither they answered. I checked with the other security guard and he said both of them roams around here and always checks-out once they're done for the night. Now the phone isn't ringing though It was charged 50% and when called It's coming out of the coverage area meaning they've switched the phone to (Air-plane Mode). I have reported this scenario to Ferozabad PS and obtained a stamped letter to track the phone via IMEI and CCTV, Both Camera's inside the ATM machine and outside the ATM where the other guy was waiting on bike to get his Vehicle Number# were operational. I really hope both of them aren't dumb enough to think that they can pick and run away like this given they're recorded on camera's. I will surely come to this branch in morning to check their CCTV Footage and really hope the bank would cooperate in retrieving the phone. Phone Details# Oneplus 7 Pro : Color (Blue)

The branch is small, however overall customer care is satisfactory. Things get easily done in lesser time since there's no much customer foot-fall in the branch.

Poor services. Useless staff.
