The experience of opening a bank account with NCBA Bank Yaya Branch has been terrible. The staff could be less concerned about providing a good customer experience. The bank required numerous difficult-to-obtain documents and provided no assistance nor communication. Overall, the experience has been a nightmare
Worst experience. the soldier does more work helping while the tellers are just chilling or chit chatting .
