So slow when I was the only one waiting in the banking hall to be served by a teller. Waiting for over 30mins with 5 tellers at their stations. Only reason I was assisted is after the security guy came and asked “haujahudumiwa” then proceeded to request one of the tellers to assist. This is the second time this is happening and this time I thought it would be faster and from a previous review it’s the same complaint. Please work on this.
Why do customers have to wait fir over 1 hr to be served. 5 tellers and only 2 are working 90% of the time. Other PL clients come and jump line while others have been waiting for an hour or more. Very annoying to say the least.
Consistently one of the slowest branches I’ve been to. Random people walking around and never enough tellers
The service was quite efficient and friendly. I really appreciated that. However, the failure to give customers full details on card inquiries and processes means that I unnecessarily have to repeatedly visit to get done with something that could have been done in one day. Otherwise, it's a good branch.
Terrible customer service, kept waiting for 2 hours to be attended to while staff were just moving around
