Today I went to deposit money at Krung Thai Bank, Sriracha branch. There was one employee. Today, this employee was stationed at counter 10. The service was terrible from the very beginning when I went in. He didn't speak politely, didn't even say "kha" or "kha". During the transaction, he didn't advise customers that they had to check the balance. But since I come here regularly, I knew what I had to do. Okay, never mind. I overlooked this point until I got to the money exchange. It was really bad.

The customer service is unequal; wealthy customers are practically worshipped, and the wait is incredibly long. The person issuing the queue tickets, the security guards, and the bank staff are all irritable and have rude attitudes. It was a terrible experience. I just used their service. Please improve.

Terrible. It's as slow as ever, never improves. The staff are unfriendly. Does the bank ever read the feedback?
