Horrible bank, they are always busy but short staffed. The Branch manger Shazia doesn’t know how to manage the bank and provide proper customer Serivce. The only thing she is concerned about is how many new accounts were opened that day. She no interest serving the already existing account, I just witnessed her yelling at a customer. There are a few good staff people here who all the pressure is on to get everything done and you can clearly tell they are overwhelmed. We have been with Allied bank for over 22 years but will be taking our business else where unless some major changes are made.

Lack of parking.
Definitely try to avoid this place it’s not recommendedVery unprofessional they make people wait for no reason and for no reason wait 30 minutes the monies received and for some reason they’re not trying to give them money until we had to talk to a manager to get somebody here so they can get the money very unprofessional
