It ain’t as bad as I thought. I would come to this branch in the future
Went to this branch on Tuesday, they told me that the teller not feeling well, and he is not coming today!
I went to this location to open a bank account and sat patiently while watching people walk in and get helped, back to back. I thought it was because they needed general assistance and I needed a new acct but after waiting in an empty waiting room for over an hour and watching multiple people simply walk in and get helped. I lost confidence in that being the case. Needless to say I went with another bank that not only started my account, but they also brought me coffee and distributed me a card for my account before I left the bank (without making a deposit). Maybe your experience will be different. Just sharing mine.
Worst customer service ever, waited for 1 hour to release bank statement and they failed to release it in English!!! After they have deducted the fee
