Visited the female staff, they were very quick and efficient in their job and professional.

The expected waiting time is 1 min. Actually there was no one before me. It was my turn to be served; however, the stuff of the costumer service decided to serve other people (Saudis) even though they just came and their ticket numbers are 598 and 599. When I asked them why they did serve those people first without checking their tickets they asked me to wait without providing any explanation (because there isn't any.) So I decided to close my account with this bank that neither respect its costumers nor treat them equally.

Worst branch ever. Slow and disrespectful service. After more than two hours of waiting, I left the branch and they did not serve me.

Hey Expatriates, if you really don’t want to waste time and foremost thing don’t wanna be insulted starting from the entrance by security guard. Kindly do not visit this branch. Third time in a row I have been there and got same experience. Though communicated to bank management and its customer care service, no further action have been taken. Rest is left to you.

I only have an account here because my father forced me to get one. If it was to me i will never work with them there costumer service is the worst in Saudi Arabia this branch is always busy and they always have only two people to help and you have to wait at least 45 when it’s your turn they have the worst attitude for no reason always please fix this mess
