0 Stars!!! Very disappointing service for this bank, the staff is not able to solve any issue, and they create new ones for you. Worst service ever.
For payroll no good . You can not pay online and if not send money to your country it have to update again in bank
Everything is very slow, it takes more than 25 minutes to serve one customer.
One star more than they deserve for this Branch and its staff, some time you go there you will find only 1 employee is working and the rest are inside do nothing!! I'm Alwessam customer - but I do prefer to use the normal gate to serve me better while alwessam launge is always missing the employees!! This happens to me many times. The app start to crash on a daily basis to accommodate the changes and the integration with the merged bank, at least you should keep the self-service kiosk working whole this disruption is happened, cannot even imagine what is the difference if being alwessam member without any slight difference in the service provided?
