The worst possible service and non of the ATMs work, i recommended you close your account and go to alrajhi where they don’t waste your time for the simplest requests, all i wanted was a mada card. after going through 2 branches and waiting for 3 hours i still didn’t get it. and the people working there are incredible rude

This branch is an absolute joke!! From manager to teller service.. Specially that dude with glasses in teller # 1!! He is rude and making his own rules and procedures..whatever he said he can’t do, other 2 branches did it without any issues!!!
Worst service from this branch I have been waiting two hours
