I needed a new debit card and the employees were quick and efficient in getting this done. It’s location is easy to get to, the building is new and clean, and there is plenty of parking. They do not provide currency exchange.
Unfortunately; for changing my wrong registered Mobile No; It took 3 working days! Staff was not experienced enough for the phone service (customer service) or even for the domestic bank ; in the other hand thier application is wonderful.
The bank provides very good services. The only issue is they takes a lot of time to deal each customer and make you wait for an hour at least. Rest is fine.
Very helpful, I needed to Open an account in foreign currency and the operator did it in few minutes and very polite and gentle. Thanks
11 years with this bank and branch. Staff is very helpful and cooperative.
