Visited for cash deposit and as the deposit machine was outside for self service used that.... located in quite place and no much rush found.

Sometimes its really tricky to get the service done.

Worst service with no proper customer assistance. They made me visit branch 4 time to open a bank account. 1. No Online booking...please visit again 2. No National address...please visit again 3. No Iqama( I forgot to carry this....thsi is my mistake)...please visit again 4. No Salary certificate....please visit again. I am not interested to open an account here now. Will look for another service provider.

I was there yesterday at 4:15 pm for ATM replacement, very good service, just took me 15 minutes and got my new atm card. Thank to no. 5 table service gentleman.

Please hire professionals. Staffs are taking hours to finish a simple lost card task.
