Very good support from SABB. I am their client for long time now. I had to get a refund amount from the bank on my old credit card which was linked to iqama on my Final exit. After coming back on new visa refund was complicated as now I am on my new iqama number. Online cusotmer service calls was tedious and some even claimed not able to process the refund , but the bank staff was willing to help. Finally I got the amount. Also the overall service of the bank is good. But SABB needs to upgrade their online banking .

Better do things online. I did a money transfer today. I spent over 70 miniutes at the branch and they charged me 80sar transfer fee which is 4.5times more than using sabbnet. This is totally insane!!! Fir international transfer thru sabbnet it is 17sar only. Crazy rules. This is daylight looting!!!

Despite that all deposit machines in women’s section weren’t working and the employee who was responsible for that won’t be available for two weeks, I appreciate their efforts and help to solve the issue I had !! Professional and friendly employees !! But the machines always need to be checked.
