I loved this bank. Fast service. Good customer service. Need thavakkalna app to enter inside as per covid protocols. We can take online appointment for opening new account. Online transactions ,ATM and CDM services available. Maintaining covid protocols.
Very bad customer care " his name turki" , he is lazy, do not want to listen to consumers' explanations, always cut off every word before it is explained, and do not understand the problems of consumers but knowledgeably
