Does not accept anymore deposit if you come 4pm even though their timing is until 4:30pm. They should atleast have an announcement because it is a waste of time coming here. Bad experience.
Very Bad, I Go Too much Time But Didn't Slove My Problem , Bas Only Date To Date .......Not Good ?
they closed the branch for prayer one hour it's okay but why you close the external door! most of the customer coming here to use the deposit machine why we have to wait outside the bank for one hour to use it!! so weird
Absolutely horrible branch. Use prayer excuse to shut operations for over one hour. During which, tells customer to get out of cool ATM area and stand outside in sun (this in Ramadan). Bad customer service.
I went everywhere trying to simply get a debit card. They always said, “the machine is broken, come back tomorrow.” Come to find out, an employee followed up outside and told us that there are only 2 branches that print debit cards and they have to say that the machine is broken. They sit there AND LIE TO OUR FACES!!! Rather than just say, “go to this branch.” Absolutely ridiculous and I have wasted so much of my time just because they don’t tell the truth.
