Disastrous customer service. Account blocked due to a technicality - mobile not linked to Iqama as it is a company phone. The account has been working for a year already. Had to get new SIM just for SABB. Now account is still blocked. Branch manager told me to call call center. Call center says no, only branch can do it. Now they are trying to figure it out. Asking me all kinds of unrelated questions including a name and number of a friend or relative in KSA… can’t explain what it’s for. Now filling multiple paper forms… and I am told it will take about 24h

Worst experience. I tried opening new account and i couldn't. I received message from Sabb bank that visit nearest branch. I went there teller told me that you can't open account your company is not listed in here even that guy doesn't dare to check in computer. I visited another branch and problem solved. Teller was busy with one customer. When he saw 10 customer he came to us and made some excuses like one guy want something witb KYC, he made excuses KYC link is down. In 1 minute he made excuses to all customer and throw out of bank. Ridiculous. This branch is getting low ratings. Bank management should do something about it.

Worst customer service from the representative of that branch. I received the message from bank to update information to avoid freezing account and the guy at this branch said your account is perfect no issue. Same time I went to other branch and issue is resolved by them and they updated my information.

Sabb bank is staff very cooperative
