Very bad experience with ADCB . Customers i would suggest you never take loan with them . Because for job change even after giving them all the documents from the new company they still took all of my gratuity. They are cheap cheaters and they charge 10 % interest and say 5 percent in website . Just differing one payment they called and my wifee answered as I was sick and their team shouted at my wife and was extremely rude . If you complaint there is no action for many days . If anyone have issues please go and Complaint with central bank the horrible attitude of this bank should be exposed

Absolutely the worst service. Wasted 2 weeks of my time for a car loan to be rejected and the providing an ambiguous reason. They dont follow the AECB report which is by the central bank.
