The staff and the manager only know their relatives. They don't know how to treat customer. For only activation of joint account they didn't fill the form and handed over 7 forms to the customer age more than 65+... How she can fill the forms? Even she is already existing customer... too worst service.. poor policy.
worst banking experience, they deducted from me an amount of 79 dirhams for there fault salary transfer is delaying thru this bank no body knows anyhting easy word to hear that we will reply then no reply
Lengthy procedure and documentation... applied for the car financing as an existing customer.... waited for 2 months and finally they started Lengthy documentations and procedure... at last I withdraw the request for car financ... Poor service as old school guys.
No one want to work why you but stuff like this?
The service is very slow, employees just talk to each other. They don't deal with customers nicely.
