I had a very bad experience… am not a account holder in SIB but today when I was trying to withdraw the amount from the drive through ATM which they have and unfortunately my ATM card was stucked inside and it was not coming out when I canceled the transaction, immediately I went to the bank and informed that my ATM was stucked inside the machine ,the security was not helping me neither the customer service person also not helping, they where not permitting me inside , I asked them please let me know the procedure I will come later , they just ignored my request and I waited almost 1 hr and no help … I wasted my 1 hr for their service and my ATM card .. worst experience with their service..I will never be part of the bank or will never withdraw money from their machine..
