Worst banking service, specially at this branch. The people sitting at the customer service are so reluctant to even assist customer and make them run which random non authentic information. Not atall cooperative. Specially I would like to name Mr. Nasser hamarsha & Mr. Venkatrama Rama, don’t expect any kind of assistance from them. Coz of the experience faced coz of these 2 am planning soon to change the bank. I guess till the time I shift to another bank I will have to try some other branch.

Nasser Hamarsha and almost all staff there are the worst customer serve at ur Bank. They are so rude. No information at all about anything. N super rude. They will keep telling you one thing today wen we go next day they hv sumthign else to say it's lik they keep making u run again n again for simple things that they could hv informed on day 1. Extremely horrible staff. The manager is Good but rest all are just HORRIBLE. Please look into this. I won't even give one star here but Google review doesn't leave u wz any option.

Best bank ever, best customer service ever, specially Mr. Nasser hamarsha, he completed my inquiry in short time, so smart and loyal.

Bad services, I open an account in this bank and it took more than a month, sales guy told me that SIB will release my hold amount within 2/3 days and today is the 4th day but still they holding my amount. Extremely bad experience

She is just keeps talking nothing else...was just trying to say wait till the other staff comes and he will do it for you the branch manager kept saying that just to it just do it..
