The worst bank and worst branch and worst service you will ever have I came 8:41 and now 9:41 now one in the counters only one guy and then the other one came but he didn’t take any number no manager or supervisor !!!!!

This branch is amazing in all services , specially when it come to branch staff they are professional and best experience in BTB branch
Very poor customer service. A long queue and only one Agent! When I reached the counter, system was down! Hope they can match their service level with the look and feel of their big brand name.
I don't know the new timing at covid 19 situation I gone there for to meet customer service for purpose of my account I meet their security for further information of bank timing and I returned back
