Dear All, I am writing this after facing a lot of issues that were made by Ras Al Khaimah HSBC Main branch officer. 3rd September 2022 I visited HSBC's main branch in Ras Al Khaimah to convert my current account into a savings account. I have clearly filled out a form which is given by the branch officer for converting the current account into a savings account. (perfectly done) And that officer said as your current account will automatically convert into a savings account and you will receive a new debit card for your savings account and your current account debit card will expire automatically. after 10 working days, I found an additional savings account was created instead of converting the current account into a savings account. which means the bank officer did not work properly (a burden to the customer). I still did not receive any debit card for my savings account (as per the bank officer instruction). Due to this dissatisfaction with HSBC, I decided to close my current and savings account without paying any penalty. Even though I have contacted HSBC Customer Care, the issue has not yet been resolved Sorry for saying this, Surely I can say HSBC bank is too pathetic (100% Dissatisfaction) HSBC bank is worst bank.

Been to Deposit the money to other Account, once entered the account number it will not show the Account holder's Name to confirm. With this transaction there is high risk of depositing the money to another account if we commit small error. System to be upgraded to show the name of the account holder when we enter the account number.

It’s the worst service ever. Called the customer service to help me with my phone banking and instead she suspended my banking. Such a worst bank, please do yourself a favour to not open your account in such a bank which won’t help you but will trouble you instead. Even their account opening happened took them 2 months. Worst and worst service guys

Highly appreciate the excellent Customer Services of Mr Tawfiq Ibrahim Kaleifat, the Customer Service Officer of HSBC in Ras Al Khaimah. Owing to the inconvenience of reaching this Bank which is in a remote corner of Ras Al Khaimah, I never used the HSBC except for withdrawal of large amounts over the Counter. This time, I went there to withdraw a fairly large amount to send the money to India through the Hadee Exchange. However, Mr Tawfiq, whom I happened to meet, persuaded me to send the money from HSBC for a more competitive rate than that offered by Hadee. Moreover, there was no need to withdraw the money and then send it, as it could be directly transferred from HSBC. Thus, because of Mr Tawfiq, I was encouraged to send the money from HSBC itself. Highly appreciate this initiative from Mr Tawfiq ; this has encouraged me to try HSBC for my future transfers.
