Excellent support from UAE Central bank on resolving issue with one of the locally registered banks. Efficient online portal for logging the complaint and detail follow through the case and after complaint closure follow up as well. Thank you for the prompt action!

Very bad for customers! No reply no answer & they are not responding to clients cases with banks and insurance companies ?!unfortunately!curreption has no cure!

Useless consumer protection department. I raised a complaint against ADIB for refusing to process a cardholder Dispute, I submitted all evidence. ADIB didn't even address the issue and Consumer Protection agent didn't even lesten to my view, his advice was to go to Police, and threatened to hang up on me if I don't stop talking , then he said he will have someone else call me because he failed to handle me, then he Hung up and then closed the complaint without my agreement. Worest service and can never be called consumer's protection, it is abvious that is banks protections service only.
