I’ve been trying to open a new account nearly 20 days ago and there was no response from the support team from the bank side, yet I emailed them to provide my documents (as they requested) but unfortunately I didn’t receive anything yet, I won’t say it is a bad experience, but kindly help me finishing this issue ASAP.

I created a Minor Account on 15 Dec 2022 and got my IBAN and waited almost 17 day to prepare my Debit Card and after several calls today on 2 Jan 2023 I heard the same response from customer services guy Mr. Abhishek that your case is still under approval. And when I asked them to close my account, he replied that closing charges of 100 AED have to be paid...this is the level of their service...pathetic service... Big - Star from me

Actually the worst bank in UAE , I’ve opened savings account, I’ve been waiting 15 days to get approval for bank card until now I didn’t get approval, When I decided to close the accounts i have to pay fees for closing , The call center is useless they cannot do it to just saying ( We’ve sent the request to the concerned department & you will get back to you by tomorrow) & nothing happens

So far, I must say this bank is good. I receive call immediately after I use my card online, just to confirm if it was me. I like that. And their customer service is good. Professional and patient people.
