I see a lot of negative reviews here but my experience in dealing with my corporate account with NBF has been nothing short of excellent. Our relationship manager Ayesha Tariq Butt has been excellent, The staff in Deira and especially at Jebel Ali are really very good, friendly and efficient. The online banking is sometimes too secure!! But I understand the protocols are there to protect me and my money so it’s fine and just needs to be understood. Great work. My complain not about bank itself, but about an employee of the bank, name Aroon. I have called to ask the requirements for a business account opening. Unprofessional person, which is lazy to explain properly about bank rules and requirements, not listening the questions properly, but keep repeating same things and when I start talking little louder, in order to get him little bit more focused on my question, he start drama " don't shout at me". I was not, just talking little more loud. On the top of all his strong accent is very hard to understand over the phone, which make a whole story even worse. But don't think he cares much if bank losing potential clients, because he has no clue why he is there and how to talk to ppl.

Worst experience they will not accept cash deposit below 100k in counter

Worst bank in the world. Poor internet banking ..unsecured... Poor services I went today to withdraw cash by cheque on Self...they need approval from higher authority to give my money to me...I seriously suggest to avoid this bank

Not even worth for single * told they don’t have cash to redeem the cheque and advised to go to burdubai branch. Don’t know for what these people are sitting for. Useless bank, branch and people. Never go for it
