سيء بشكل فظيييييع. I’m literally surprised how bad it is ! I went to Al Ain branch 4 times. At 4th time I decided to write my opinion. Cuz each time it’s bad !!! But I would also appreciate Mr Wassim + Mr Ramez. But literally most of staff are busy in other things and not even sitting on their offices + too much delay without even much ppl. I hope they improve themselves..
السلام عليكم. i waited 40 mins to get my IBAN document. i dont recommend this bank ill change it by this week. 3/10 decor was nice
Terrible staffs. They see people waiting and never call the queue, specifically the female staffs they are literally sitting doing nothing. You go to open an account and you can feel the sadness and hatred in their faces, they want you to beg them so they can serve you. IDIOTS
The worst bank you can imagine. They never care about their customers, nor they try to help them to get the service they came for. Refrain from them if you can.
