Very slow & unprofessional glad I canceled my account with them they have no respect for ticket numbers any customer can pass and ignore you if they see fit
The worst customer service, waited 2 hours for a simple bank iban statement.
Very bad service had to wait 50 minutes to get called when showing waiting customer before me is zero
Good experience with emirates islamic bank for taking credit card. But not happy with the credit card delivery option. Because aramex is delivering till 6 pm only after that we should collect the shipment from their office. Please consider costomers convenient timing and chose the delivery option or company to deliver to the customer on his convenient time
Very poor service delay is unreal the workers is talking with customers for long tome unnesesary side talks unrelated or related to the customer needs but its alot and not brief i waited very very long time to finish simple papers very slow
