Is very bad experience with CBD. My husband get scam, My husband want to pay even he get scam, he asking for help he can't pay all one time, he just asking solution so he can pay. But from CBD they not give solution, they keep pressure my husband. As I know the other bank they will give solution to the customer, they will help the customer. They very rude

I was told that we dont open account for Pakistanis by the security guard in cbd sheikh zayed road branch near gevora hotel. Very disappointed as i was returned back that we can not open account for Pakistanis. Dubai is a multi cultural city and such victimisation of a nationality is not a good approach by a bank. Iam a proud Pakistani and will be and i love dubai and dubai is not what cbd is portraying.

I went to this branch today Tuesday 23 November 2021. They deserve 10 stars From the Security Guard who was very welcoming, professional and very helpful. To the person in counter 12 and counter 2 Top customer service. Thing I could not find in Other banks. I had updated my signature and done a deposite, it took me around 10 minutes for both including filling a form. Note: there was No deposite ATM machine in this branch So I had to do it from the counter I hope the bank could had installed one it will save more time. Thank you

Would like to thank Ms Aisha for her exceptional customer service and for going above the call of duty to serve a customer. I had visited the bank 2 weeks back to get my investor deposit back and when it was my turn it was almost 3.pm(closing time). It was then she told me i need to go to the nearby govt office and pay the fee for registration. I thought i would have to come the next day,but Ms Aisha graciously told me that she will wait for me till 3.30pm . As I came back she was there waiting for me.

No cash deposit machine. So if you want to deposit in your account, avoid this branch because you need to deposit thru the teller, it will takes forever for them to assist you. They didn’t prioritize customers! I’ll open an account from other bank. This is the worst bank I’ve ever encountered.
