Waiting for my Liability letter since one week and no response from the bank yet. The service is too slow at this branch. The only good thing at the branch was the decent manager who tried to help me out with an offer letter from ENBD bank to initiate the liability letter procedure. The same letter was ready at another branch from where i went to pick it up initially but they wouldn't hand me the letter (printed,signed and ready right in front of me) because the Call center rep had directed my request to this branch. So only because of this protocol they tore the letter right in front of me and said that they cant hand me the letter.
Very very bad customer service the customer service satff waisting time they are not helping minded please do a inspection and take the necessary action agiant to the staff immediately
Worst experience, some staff are not friendly and talking like rude mentality, waiting time soo long even there's no customer.
Only bank that you should never bank with Transfer of money works only in working days. Transfer of money can get stuck up for 15 days Cheque deposited of EIB in EIB atm got stuck up for 15 days… had to shamelessly borrow money from a freind as I had a cheque that could have bounced…best thing I have to call on the complain everyday.. they are least bothered. Shifting mine to another bank where I didn’t have any issues…
Over a month now waiting for the clearance letter, no one should bank with this bank, worst customer service ever. Never recommend to anyone
