I faced an issue in international payment transfer made from ENBD bank through popular third party payment platform for foreign transaction. For a month the money hasn't reached to beneficiary account. Responsible third party payment platform couldn't able to track the payment. But John Daniel Thomas helped to track the payment and resolve my issue. Thank you for the support and excellent service.

This review is for the call center, after convincing the answe machine to transfer me to the agent , they gave me an approximate 2 to 3 mins to attend my call , I waited 10 mins , then the answer machine changed its mind to let me wait for more than 5 mins to attend the call , I was wondering, that the best bank , has no accurate customer service management system , I did not wait . Anyway my initial problem is not the call center , I cannot transfer money through the app, why ? Can I get an answer from my bank ? Is it my right to talk to an agent? Come onnn, what if I wanted to cancel a stolen card, what is the SLA ? Shall I change the bank . Please answer me , I have a customer since I came to dubai. Please am waiting convensing answers to my questions before I take my decision . Stay safe
