Very low level of customer care. The teller gave himself a right to argue while received instruction to do his job by his senior manager. Operation manager can't behave himself letting himself to scream, shout and raise his hands. Terrible terrible experience. Being Emirates/NBD client for more than 10 years this brunch staff shocked me. It is ever worse experience I had. If you want to spoil your mood, being abused and aggressively attacked by operation manager, meet the rude teller this is the right place to go

Very bad experience. There is no customer service staff so the manager itself handles the customers, and his job is just to advise us that look for the solution elsewhere by giving some unrealistic suggestions. He never listens to you, while you try to explain your problem he will cut you in between and give some judgemental conclusions like its your fault, you should bring that, should have gone there, etc. He doesn't even ask you to sit. And while explaining he doesn't call you by you name but calls you by 'Raja', 'Baba' as if he is explaining me this for the millionth time.

I really do not understand why you allow people to come and take over the atm machine for more than 20 minutes to do multiple deposits (they come with big envelopes of money and start depositing in different accounts) creating lanes in the mall, while the rest of us having a very quick deposit or withdrawal have to wait all this time... please find out a way to get them to do this in the branch or limit the time 1 person can spend on the machine.. thank you for taking this feedback seriously as this can not be a coincidence every time i come to the atm i face the same

Everything is okay, Services are excellent, Their security person's behavior is humble every time, sometimes rush there outside of the deposit machines but it's ok, overall a good experience so far.

Customer Service means to listen to customer and not just talk and get rid without even trying to understand what the customer is actually there for. Worst staff ever
