Why you mentioned 24hours Entrance to the mall is closed and the bank is open can you please explain how to enter to bank

ATM was marked as 24hrs open but unfortunately shopping center closes at 11pm and afterwards the entrance will be locked. Timing of shopping center is from 07:00 to 23:00.

If you would like to experience the world’s most lousy customer service do visit. On a day with NO customers, they take 45 minutes to address a single coupon. The rude ladies at reception who know nothing of banking or customer service laugh, giggle and misbehave and refuse to share information saying - just google. I went there to open a company account, and to close an old format account and I tried to do it online but their service is terrible online as well. Don’t bank with them, don’t visit the branch u less you want to experience their special blend of rude, unhelpful misbehavior.
