Incompetence at its finest. Do not visit this branch. There were 4 women “counting money” with WITH A COUNTING MACHINE!!! About 10 people seated and standing waiting to be helped. Managers in their offices not helping anyone. The teller that was helping me couldn’t even print a document because she had to wait for the other 4 women who were counting money to help her print for some reason. Ridiculous and mind blowing. I left speechless.

Staff work very slow with no sense of urgency. There is almost an hour wait time because they only have 1 staff(who takes his own sweet time chut chatting for a long time with no regards to the ones waiting) There are too many managers around but no staff to do the ground work. Please increase your staff and train them to be efficient as per the waiting queue and keep the chit chat for some other day.

This is a great branch to visit and get your work done. Starting off with Mr. Jassim who greeted me with a respectful manner and gives me the right information when I asked him questions. Whenever, I visit the branch he has helped me a lot with all the services I needed through. Online banking and bank statement could be done quickly from his side. He knows what he is doing and knows his job well. Secondly, Mr. Hamad was very helpful with the customer services I get, he knows what he is doing and gets the job done also. Lastly, I applied for a global cash card with Ms. Shera that was done on spot and received the card. Also she went through explaining about it when I already read about it online. Overall, just want to say this is one of the best branches I’ve visited and it is very convenient for me because I live close by. Excellent customer satisfaction.

I visited the branch and I was served by two ladies. Angela and Lydia were exceptionally helpful. They were patient, good at explaining, willing and able to listen to what I had to say and they went out of their way to serve me with a smile. Thank you both

Very pleasant experience at the ENBD Dubai Hills branch. I urgently needed some bank statements with the original bank stamp, but the online service required 5 working days. I went to the branch expecting some hassles to get the statements stamped but was pleasantly surprised at how the agents quickly provided the needed stamped documents without any hassle.
