very slow service and only one person works for evening shift everyday. Don’t like it at all makes me want to change banks from how slow it is!! I waited 1hr to be told my service timings is only from 8-2pm

Very slow service. One person in the afternoon shift works for any enquiry except loan department (wherein there are two people) Inadequate staff leading to long waiting times is a consistent problem in this branch.

Terrible customer service. It was completely empty, only one customer before me and yet I was waiting for 40 mins. When I asked lady on “quick service” counter to help me she said in a rude way that her shift finished and to go sit down and wait.. it was at 2 - 2.30 pm on July 2. But as I noticed nobody from the bank cares to check reviews here and give any feedback, so I guess it’s useless.

Very bad teller service, I went to the teller today mornig for getting a change for 1000 AED , then she told me that the bank policy is that we don't give change. I didn't heard any new policy like that . In all their branches I am getting change but in this branch the teller told me like this.
