So ridiculous service from chandapant if im not mistaken by name today he was in counter 10, i was waiting from the token number around 1hrs and then i went to counter 10,he asked what is my purpose to Come and i explained then he asked me the visa, i showed him, he’s busy with his computer typing and waiting long time..no answer nothing then he asked me again my visa showed him again and finally he told me my company no cooperation with this bank even though im using liv by nbd bank and hes rude and not helpful at all. Please do not be racist.

Worst branch ever. Waste of time with this branch, customer service is poor and would entertain you depending on your color in short racist. Particularly Cubicles 10 and 11. 11 is just using his phone while keeping you waiting in front of him. Cubicle 10 will transact 1 person for 2 hours and would gladly entertain you if you are white. Wasted my day waiting for nothing in this branch.

Worst experience ever visited 4time waited an hour for the token, later they said system down we can’t do any thing, then they will try to convince customer saying come before 2 o clock we will help you , visited around 1:30 then they replied it’s a closing time sorry

It’s very poor service there in the bank No staff is available to attend the customer I waited there almost more than 1 hour for my turn still there was no one to attend it’s poor customer support
