It’s already a huge inconvenience that this bank is only open until 2PM. But to stop welcoming clients 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME is the cherry on top. And to make matters worse, the branch isn’t open on Saturday contrary to what the Google profile says 🙃

Not good customer support, wanted to cancel something but have to call call center. Waiting for a call back from customer support for many months. No response from email also. Opening bank account here was very easy though. App is also not good too cluttered. The app experience needs to be improved. Edit: I deposited a cheque here more than a week back it's still not reflecting. I'm going to close this account once I get that money. Liv was the only good thing Emirates NBD has done. Edit again: The branch was not able to resolve. I was asked to call the customer care and then my cheque got deposited.

They give you credit card without your request. Okey that’s cool. But if you have any complaints regarding the credit card. The bank branch can’t help you and they will say call customer care through the phone. Oh that’s wearied. It will take 30 minutes understand how the IVR works. Also you have to hold more than 15 minutes to connect customer care representative. This phone number is not a tall free number. I also tried to connect CC through the online baking site one week ago and no reply so far 😞.

This branch is waste of space.. one ATM machine is sufficient.. whatever named as "advanced technology" in this branch is not needed
