Good location Poor service. They're understaffed / only one counter open during weekend. Customer service personnel couldn't tell me why my debit card was invalid. They asked me to call the call center. What's the purpose of a customer service desk / personnel if all they have to do is ask the customer to call the centre. This can be done by a piece of cardboard and some paint! Also, despite Emirates Islamic and ENBD merging, EI services are not provided here.
