I had one of the worst banking experience in my life. Recently I settled my credit card and personal loan with Emirates NBD. The liability letter which I got was more than the actual liability. When I called customer care, they told me that there is always a buffer amount in liability letter which will be refunded back when the liability is settled. After the settlement, the excess amount was not refunded back to me. I visited Karama Branch and to my surprise, they were not able to trace the excess amount and asked me to call customer care. When I called customer care (10th time), they said there is no excess amount and visit the branch to trace the excess amount. Further, before the settlement, I had some credit balance in my account which was adjusted towards EMI for personal loan. Even that excess payment was not refunded. The customer service is pathetic and they are not willing to register complaint.

I Visited on 03/October/2021 New Emirates ID unreadable by ATM Machine I Request Emirates NBD Bank to Change at least one new machine with capability of NEW EMIRATES ID readable.
