Worst Customer Service experience ever in dealing with a bank. Long wait on the phone to talk to a computer who terminates the call without help. After multiple times trying to get hold of a human they refused to help me with a problem caused by the bank itself. Refused to take my complaint on the phone. Blocked my card and told me my card is not blocked. Still refused to pay out MY MONEY at the ATM because the "card is blocked". Really?!? Avoid ENBD if you can, they really earned the horrible rating they have. Would give zero stars if I could.

I wish I could put 0 for this bank... I've been using ENBD for the last 8 years, have a credit card from them and a cash loan. Due to transaction from my mom (transfer from US, not from any banned countries) they have simple decided to close my account, but before closing it, they first approved my cash loan with 13.5%. This is very sad and very funny at the same time... I was trying to reach the person who decided to close the account, but no reaction. Sent him 3 emails with a request of a simple explanation and a call back, nothing happened, guess the approval of the loan is easier to get then the "call back"...

Ms. Jana El Salman is very professional and knowledgeable of her job, she was always patient with me and answered all my queries without delay. Overall, I really appreciate her dedication towards her work. Thank you again. you are the best. You are really an example of Good Customer Service.

Worst experience! If anyone can avoid dealing with ENBD please do so! You’ll save yourself a lot of money and time. The only bank that takes customer service as a joke, prepare to wait for 2-3hrs for anyone to answer, and once they do, you can bet that problem will not be solved. I spoke to 20 different people about closing the credit card account and every single one came up with their own timeline and issues why it cannot be done. Took me two months until 11th person just said “sure, I’ll do it right now”, and just like that it was done. This is just one of many many many problems, would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy

If there is a rating lower than 0, I would give it. This bank literally just kept my cash deposited in their machine with them and no matter how many times you follow up they give you no indication of when it will be solved. Absolutely no regard for implications on the customer. Their service is the worst I've ever seen.
